AAC block, short for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete block, becomes more and more popular around the world given its numerous advantages, some of which are listed below:

Step 1. Material grinding and slurry making
Fly ash goes to Slurry making machine and sand goes to Ball Mill, both will be mix with water become slurry.

Then slurry goes to slurry storge mixer separately waiting for batching.
Dry materials like lime,gypsum, cement and aluminium will be scaled by Automatic batching system, which is controlled by contral box or computer located in central control room.

Step 2. Pouring and Curing
All scaled material and slurry goes to Pouring Mixer, mixed and stired, then poured into Mould box.

*Specification of mould box is the size of the block after cutting. Not the dimension of the box.
Capacity of Pouring Mixer is optional between 3.6 cubic meters and 4.2.
After moulding, block with moulding will be transfered into curing room and stay for 1.5-2.5 hours, of which up to the raw material.
Step 3. Block set upright and cutting
1. The crane set the mould box upright with block in it, and lower it on the cart, then do the demoulding.
2. The cart takes the block into Horizontal Cutting Machine, in which the block will be horizontal cut and its surface also be peeled smooth.
3. The following vertical cutting finishes the block final shaping.
Step 4. Autoclave
After cut, the half finished product will be transpoted to Steam Curing Trolley by Crane, prepare for entering autoclave.
Inside the Autoclave, the steam supplies high temperature and pressure, makes the half finished into finished product.
Step 5. Separating and Packing
Separating machine separates the cutted blocks, Conveying and Packing line transfer the blocks and pack them ready for selling.
