      Automatic Phnematic Setting Machine are applied to the first time sinter and the second sinter. This machine can pick up the grouped billet automatically (wet billet and dry billet)and then put down them to the assigned position in the billet lay car.

      There are many ways to putting down the billet, such as putting down billet in face up or putting down billet in side face. Toward to the different shape of kiln and different output, there are different automatic setting machines.

      This product integrated with mechanical ,pneumatic,electronic control, adopt man-machine conversation operation mode, realize overall automation from clamping to stacking . It used in automatic stacking on kiln cars or drying cars, the stacking mode can be personalized design according to kiln cars' specifications .

• 1. Daily wear and tear 2. Mishandling or improper operation3. Incoming power supply fluctuation
• 4. Consumable and spare parts.
